Children's Worship

 

Children of any age are always welcome into worship at Otterbein. There are activity bags located on the welcome tables in the back of the sanctuary to keep little ones entertained. There is a rocking Chair in the back right-hand corner of the Sanctuary for comforting little ones and a changing table is located in the room to the right off of the Narthex. There is a Young Disciple time during each worship service and children’s activity bulletins are given during this time.

 

Communion is the first Sunday of every month. At Otterbein, we do not have a certain age or any requirements before a child can participate in communion. The decision is up to the parents when the child is ready to begin taking part in communion.

 

Nursery: There is a staffed nursery located downstairs through the fellowship hall. Please ask if interested. The worship service is piped into the Nursery if parents wish to stay. There is also a pager system so parents can rest assured that if they are needed they can be easily reached.
